You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.Join the Pelvic Health & Neurovascular Finance team supporting both OUs and leading the FP&A activities. As a Senior. Financial Analyst you will support monthly/quarterly closing activities, perform analysis on financial data, provide insights and support to drive performance of both operating units. To drive results, you build a strong network with all finance and business stakeholders and are able to influence others.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to monitor performance (revenue & costs)
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to steer performance
- Support the business by providing financial insights, reports and recommendations
- Develop financial models to evaluate the impact of operational decisions on revenue and profitability
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive outcomes
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and actions
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
