Key Responsibilities
Support financial reporting function, including preparing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows) and supporting footnotes, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
Assist with ad-hoc technical accounting projects. Conduct technical accounting research and draft memos to evaluate complex transactions and provide policy recommendations.
Collaborate on accounting-related projects, such as system implementations, process improvements, and ad-hoc analyses.
Work closely with members of US and international accounting operations teams, tax and other finance functions, as well as cross-functional business teams.
Participate in the review process with external auditors and manage the end-to-end year-end audit process including audit timeline and deliverables.
Assist with managing statutory accounts and audits for international entities, including preparing local GAAP reconciliations and financial statements.
Enhance financial processes through automation, leveraging advanced tools to streamline reporting and data management.
Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability to evolving business needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification required.
Minimum of four years of experience in financial reporting, technical accounting, or similar corporate finance roles, including Big 4 public accounting experience.
Expertise in financial statement preparation including statement of cash flows, and technical accounting documentation.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to adapt to shifting priorities while simultaneously meeting reporting deadlines with high accuracy and timeliness.
Oracle R12, Alteryx and Oracle Cloud or Hyperion experience (preferred).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills to present complex financial information clearly.
Hungry to make a difference and work in a fast-paced tech environment.
Resourceful and experienced in identifying efficiencies and improving processes.
