To effectively implement this strategy, we are looking for a motivated, results-oriented team member with strong analytical skills to join our Finance Directorate in the Financial Planning, Performance & Value Management Department as a Senior Financial Analyst.

This role is designed for an individual who will initially focus on financial reporting and gradually transition to broader financial analysis responsibilities, supporting strategic decision-making across the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Monitoring:

  • Prepare in-depth financial performance reports from scratch; fully own communication with related departments, cost and revenue allocation, and report details.

  • Deliver regular financial performance reports independently (monthly, quarterly).

  • Develop and maintain user-friendly dashboards and reports using Power BI to understand the business model in detail.

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in all reports and analyses.

Financial Analysis & Strategic Support:

  • Analyze financial and operational trends, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and conduct variance analysis.

  • Analyze operational and financial processes to identify opportunities for cost and revenue optimization.

  • Collaborate with various cross-functional teams during report preparation and analysis.

  • Present granular financial results and provide insights for management.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.

  • CFA, FMVA, or ACCA certification will be considered an advantage.

Work Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in financial analysis and/or financial management.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of banking products and processes.

  • Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is essential.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with experience working with complex formulas and large datasets.

  • A solid understanding of financial management and capital budgeting principles. Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to solve complex problems.

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • English language proficiency (B2 level).
