- Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and data integrity checks
- Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies
- Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Senior Finance Manager (or Director)
- Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement
- Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers

- TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial analysis and data collection/structuring

Responsibilities
- Perform product costing and cost variance analysis (COGS), identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Support LATAM cost consolidation, connecting multiple business units and regions
- Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of a strategic cost analysis tool integrated with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Partner with LATAM Digital Finance and CoE teams, coordinating demands and ensuring aligned deliveries
- Interact with regional and global stakeholders, including the global SAC team
- Support financial modeling within the cost and operations context
- Analyze large volumes of data and translate them into actionable insights
- Leverage tools such as Tableau and Power BI for data analysis and exploration
Requirements
- Experience in cost controlling, product costing, or cost analysis
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets
- Experience with cost variance analysis and modeling
- Ability to operate in complex environments with multiple stakeholders
- English skills for interaction with global teams (fluency not required, but communication is key)
- Curious, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Collaborative approach in a matrix environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP (especially SAC)
- Background in Supply Finance / Manufacturing Finance (MSC)
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) - focus on analytical usage rather than development
- Experience in FMCG or industrial environments
