This Senior FP&A Analyst will be a finance business partner to the Corporate B2B Operational Unit within the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to positively affect the operational efficiency, work environment and financial position of a publicly traded company.
The value you will deliver…
- Developing systems and business models to reflect current and future business needs.
- Assessing and tracking key performance indicators and perform trend analysis to build sound forecasting
- Preparing annual budgets and monthly rolling forecasts.
- Working with management to review assumptions, including evaluating historical results to determine business trends and influences.
- Reviewing, analyzing and incorporating historical trends into forecasts as required, prepare actual vs. budget schedules and maintain files to ensure proper roll up of all departments and G/L accounts.
- Preparing and monitor departmental expenses.
- Participating in ad-hoc financial and operational analyses to inform strategy
- Checking work/reports for accuracy and constantly striving towards error-free reporting.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. Consensus reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
What you will bring to the table…
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting or similar field.
- 2+ years experience as a Financial Analyst
- 2+ years experience in FP&A, Accounting or Management Consulting roles
- 2+ years experience business concepts and financial statements.
- 2+ years experience with financial modeling.
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills.
- Proficiency with Oracle Fusion, PBCS or similar experience with the modules of large complex enterprise wide ERP.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills, the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management & the capacity to work on his/her initiative.
- Strong presentation skills with ability communicate complex information in a simplified manner.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment under short timelines and changing priorities.
- Ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Reliability and postive attitude are essential.
You will stand out if you also have…
- CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent accountancy association.
- Ability to manipulate large data sets using queries, coding languages such a SQL a plus.
- Proficiency with Oracle Fusion and PBCS is a plus.

- Location requirements: Fully remote within the U.S. (Los Angeles, Las Vegas or Braintree, Massachusetts preferred.)
- Travel requirements: Up to 10% domestic travel
- Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen time.

The salary range for this role is up to $110,000. The total compensation package for this position is negotiable and may also include [annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits.]
