Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and bilingual senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team who has strong financial expertise, excellent communication and reporting skills in both Korean and English, and the ability to collaborate across HQ and local team members.

This Senior FP&A analyst is responsible for driving the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.  This role partners with cross-functional teams and senior management to deliver actionable insights that support company’s decision making.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate annual and mid-long-term corporate planning cycles, including expense and headcount forecasts
  • Coordinate the budget planning, monitoring, and variance analysis process, ensuring alignment with company and corporate strategy
  • Support monthly/quarterly financial closing processes, including CO activities, reconciliations, and variance explanations
  • Conduct monthly Flash report to executives with insights into performance trends, risks and opportunities
  • Prepare, review and deliver reports, presentations, and analysis in both English and Korean, ensuring clarity, logic, accuracy for executives and CXO.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Accounting, R&D Labs) to align financial and business goals
  • Contribute to process in FP&A, including automation, reporting tools, and best practice implementation
  • Support investment and capital expenditure planning, including ROI and usage analysis

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 3+ years of professional work experience in finance (FP&A), preferably in a tech or global company
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving ability along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and system optimization
  • Strong bilingual fluency in Korean and English (oral and written) – Required
  • Act as bridge between U.S and Korea HQ for business and financial updates
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, etc.) and financial software (e.g. SAP)
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional certification (e.g. MBA, CFA) is a plus

The base pay range for roles at this level is listed below, but may be higher or lower in other states due to geographic differentials in the labor market. Within the base pay range, individual rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education and training. This is part of our comprehensive compensation package with annual bonus eligibility and generous benefits to help you live life well.
