Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and passionate Senior Financial Analyst, Business Support to join our Data Center team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading financial forecasting, reporting, and in-depth variance analysis for the data center operating costs and power P&L to drive best-in-class cost efficiency across a portfolio of sites.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Financial Reporting & Month-End Close: Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and month-end close activities across ~17 sites; coordinate journal entries, reconciliations, and system validations to ensure accurate and timely financial deliverables.
  • Forecasting, Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Develop and manage forecasts and budgets for operating costs, power, real estate, and headcount; analyze variances, trends, and cost drivers to provide actionable insights to Finance leadership and Operations.
  • Power & Cost of Service (COS) Management: Own ~$140M power revenue and ~$135M COS budgets and actuals; partner with Operations to monitor PUE efficiency, validate power charges, manage accruals, and support energy optimization initiatives.
  • Real Estate & Lease Financial Oversight: Track real estate taxes and lease escalations; support financial modeling for renewals, new agreements, and capital planning tied to site operations.
  • Headcount & Operating Expense Planning: Review and challenge hiring and staffing plans through TBH reviews; lead expense forecasting sessions to align workforce timing and site-level cost optimization.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Process Improvement: Serve as Finance liaison to Operations, BSCs, and regional teams; drive KPI automation, promote consistency in financial reporting, and represent Finance in operational and business review meetings.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of progressive financial experience, ideally gained through a mix of Corporate, Business Unit, or Operational Finance roles within a large, sophisticated corporation.
  • Strong knowledge of Advanced proficiency in Oracle Performance Management Applications (or similar ERP/EPM system), MS Excel, and PowerPoint for financial modeling and reporting.
  • Proven ability to synthesize large quantities of financial data, identify trends and cost drivers, and distill complex analysis into concise, executive-ready commentary.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA is a strong plus.
