What You’ll Do:
The FP&A Business Health team drives financial enablement and transformation across CoreWeave. The team focuses on creating, simplifying, and scaling FP&A processes through automation, improved controls, and system optimization, ensuring the business can scale efficiently.
About the role:
The Senior Finance Manager - FP&A Business Health role will focus on automation and simplification through processes, systems, and controls. You will lead initiatives that allow the company to scale efficiently, partnering closely with FP&A, Tax, IT, Supply Chain, and Accounting to drive adoption of new tools and workflows. Success in this role requires strong project management, being agile, and a passion for turning complex processes into simple, repeatable solutions.
In this role you will:
- Ensure our close and forecast financials are automated with the proper controls accurately in our systems and tools.
- Process Improvement: Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver on key strategic projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, primarily Tax and IT, to support overall business goals and ensure alignment with FP&A.
- Change Management: Ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business initiatives.
Who You Are:
- 7+ years experience in finance, accounting, or other related business field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or other related field.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience leading or supporting FP&A process improvement, enablement, or transformation initiatives.
- Experience using project management tools and methodologies to deliver complex initiatives.
Preferred:
- MBA or CPA preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of business enablement strategies and best practices.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience within the Cloud or Technology sector, and Supply Chain and Asset intensive businesses.

The base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $198,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
