THE WORK:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Finance Transformation, Strategy & Integration to join our Global Controllers Group. This is a critical role for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and desire to make an impact. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the financial operations of a high-growth FinTech company, ensuring scalability and efficiency through strategic change.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

You will drive major finance transformation and integration initiatives, optimizing our financial processes, leading key system implementations, and seamlessly integrating acquired entities into our financial ecosystem. Detailed responsibilities include:

  • Lead end-to-end financial processes and system integration and transformation projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive integration plans for financial systems and processes, defining project timelines, achievements, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial data and systems.
  • Identify, lead, and mitigate potential integration risks, ensuring project success and continuity.
  • Champion process and policy improvements, including technology solutions, promoting a continuous improvement across finance operations.
  • Collaborate and influence at all levels, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate status, risks, and dependencies to team members, providing regular updates and advancing issues as needed.
  • Develop data-driven frameworks to identify, measure, and lead program success, focusing on value realization.
  • Work with system and process owners to boost user experience, efficiency, and controllership, while also exploring opportunities for new capabilities in Finance Operations service delivery.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 

  • Proven experience in finance, with a focus on finance transformation initiatives, large-scale system implementations, or M&A integration for 3-4 years.
  • Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to lead sophisticated projects from inception to completion, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong collaborative spirit and ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with major ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday, NetSuite) implementation and optimization. Oracle Cloud ERP experience is a strong plus.
For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions. 
CA Annual Base Salary Range
$168,000$195,000 USD
