The Senior Experience Designer will lead user research, design customer journeys, and develop interactive prototypes while ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.

REQUIREMENTS
- Over 5 years of expertise in UX, CX, service design, or a related discipline
- In-depth understanding of design thinking methodologies and human-centered design principles
- Proficient in Figma, Miro, Sketch, Mural, and various prototyping tools
- Hands-on experience with journey mapping, service blueprints, and interaction modeling
- Familiarity with customer experience metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and CES, and their practical applications
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG, ADA, and EN 301 549
- Ability to work with design systems and component-based UI frameworks
- Basic grasp of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints
- Experience in Agile environments, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover pain points and improvement opportunities
- Develop and refine customer journeys, service blueprints, and workflows to enhance user engagement
- Synthesize insights from multiple research sources—user studies, market research, usability analysis, and data analytics—into actionable recommendations
- Lead product design and discovery phases, facilitating research, workshops, and concept validation
- Define user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes based on research-driven best practices
- Utilize design systems to create high-fidelity UI mockups aligned with brand guidelines
- Validate design solutions through A/B testing, usability testing, and iterative feedback loops
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG and others) to promote inclusive design
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align experience design strategies with business goals
- Facilitate collaborative workshops with stakeholders to ideate, co-create, and refine customer experience solutions
- Champion human-centered design and advocate for a customer-first approach across the organization
