About the role

We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to be a part of our growing People Team. You will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic travel, and supporting key projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, skilled communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

This role will join Hungryroot’s People team and you will report directly to our Chief People Officer. In this critical role you will work closely with all levels across the organization; and act as a key point of contact and help streamline the executive’s day-to-day operations, all while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring priorities are efficiently managed in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain dynamic calendars, including scheduling meetings across time zones, prioritizing requests, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare briefing materials and agendas ahead of meetings and travel.
  • Provide project management support by tracking deliverables, creating timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met across cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive(s) and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft and manage communications, documents, and presentations as needed.
  • Support event planning and logistics for team offsites, board meetings, or client engagements.
  • Continually integrate AI processes into your workflow and to simplify IT for the organization, so you can spend time on the most meaningful work.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting C-Suite Executives in a remote organization
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in calendar and travel management.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom
  • Ability to travel as needed <10%

Expected Pay Range

$106,000-$130,000
