About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support our Chief People Experience Officer (CPXO). You’ll be a trusted partner who keeps things running smoothly—managing priorities, streamlining communication, and helping the People team stay focused and effective. Reporting directly to the CPXO, you’ll anticipate needs, remove roadblocks, and support key projects that make a difference for all Crunchyrollers.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
- You will manage the CPXO’s calendar and priorities with care and precision
- You will serve as a key point of contact between the CPXO, the People team, and internal partners
- You will handle inbox management—drafting responses, flagging what matters, and ensuring timely communication
- You will track key deliverables and help improve workflows for better efficiency
People Team & Admin Support
- You will stay on top of multiple team initiatives, keeping projects moving and issues addressed quickly
- You will prepare materials, take clear notes, and follow up after meetings and team offsites
- You will manage travel, team events, and ad hoc projects with attention to detail
Project Management & Operations
- You will partner with the CPXO to track team goals and support company-wide People initiatives
- You will identify process improvements and implement smarter ways to work
We are considering applicants available to work a hybrid schedule, with three days each week onsite at our Los Angeles office.
About You

- 8+ years of experience supporting C-level or senior executives
- You’ve worked in both large corporate and entrepreneurial environments, ideally in entertainment or media
- You manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic/international travel with ease
- You bring strong project management skills—tracking deliverables and following through is second nature
- You stay calm, organized, and effective in fast-paced, matrixed environments
- You exercise excellent judgment and know what to share, when, and how
- You build strong relationships and collaborate well across all levels
- You take initiative, anticipate needs, and act without waiting for direction
- You’re tech-savvy and highly proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
