Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant, where your organizational prowess and attention to detail will support our Asset Management clients. Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
As a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily business operations. Your ability to adapt and deliver flawless work output will be key as you interact with executive-level clients and represent the manager/group with professionalism.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide telephone coverage, screen calls, take messages, and distribute them appropriately.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference calls.
  • Arrange travel accommodations and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Review and submit managers' expense reports for payment.
  • Compile and distribute reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Maintain department facilities and equipment.
  • Order and manage office supplies.
  • Coordinate group coverage for lunch hours, vacations, and training.
  • Assist with overflow, special projects, and day-to-day tasks.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior administrative assistant role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong organizational skills with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Absolute discretion when handling confidential matters.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Comfort with Internet/Intranet usage and ability to learn proprietary software.
  • Self-starter with exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
