What we are looking for: 

Are you a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Events Marketer with a passion for events?  Do you love logistics and creating memorable attendee experiences? Well, we do and we are looking for a Senior Events Manager to join the Global Events team.

In this high-impact role, you’ll be a key player in the planning, production, and execution of in-person industry and major global events. The event portfolio is focused on key cybersecurity events as well as supporting Semperis’ premier Hybrid Identity Protection Conference (HIP). You'll collaborate across regions and departments to deliver exceptional experiences that elevate brand awareness, drive pipeline, and position Semperis as a leader in the cybersecurity identity space.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and execute a portfolio of events as part of a powerhouse team. This includes activities such as:

  • Global industry events such as RSAC, Gartner conferences, Black Hat, Infosec Europe and more.

  • Semperis produced Hybrid Identity Protection Conference and customer conference.

  • Internal events such as annual leadership meetings, SKO/CKO/TKO, etc.         

  • Plan end to end event execution: manage logistics, event budget, vendor management, booth design, speaker coordination, sponsorships, and on-site activation for both owned and third-party events

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with sales, field marketing, product teams, and executives to ensure events align with brand awareness, go-to-market plans and company growth initiatives

  • Innovation & Experience Design: elevate the attendee experience through creative activations, integrated digital experiences, and innovative engagement tactics

What will you bring to the table:

  • 7+ years in B2B event marketing, preferably in cybersecurity or technology industries

  • Exceptional time-management aptitude, strong work ethic, and ability to handle multiple projects with ease and effectively deal with stressful situations

  • Proven experience managing large-scale global events and programs and be able to see the big picture

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity buyer personas and enterprise sales cycles

  • Excellent project management and vendor negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple events across geographies and time zones

  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring event ROI and marketing impact

  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities

  • Technology knowledge and skills in established Marketing and Event tech stacks including: Salesforce, Marketo, WordPress, registration platforms, Familiarity with virtual/hybrid event platforms.

  • Willingness to travel globally (20–30%)

  • Passion for corporate events

Nice to Have:

  • Multilingual or experience working with international teams
