Superlanet is seeking an experienced Senior Epic Professional Billing (PB) Analyst to join our growing Managed Services team. This full-time, direct-hire opportunity is designed for an Epic Professional Billing expert who is passionate about supporting strategic Epic initiatives across our healthcare client portfolio.

As a member of our Managed Services team, you will partner with leading healthcare organizations to deliver Community Connect support, implementations, system optimization, upgrades, and ongoing application enhancements. You'll enjoy the stability of a full-time position while working on a variety of meaningful client engagements, building long-term relationships, expanding your Epic expertise, and making a lasting impact on healthcare organizations nationwide. 

This is a primarily remote opportunity with occasional travel required for key meetings, project milestones, and go-live activities. Initial client engagement requires availability during Pacific Time business hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, configure, optimize, and support Epic Professional Billing (PB) applications across multiple healthcare client environments.
  • Initially support an established Community Connect team in a backfill capacity while ensuring continuity of day-to-day operations.
  • Transition into upcoming Epic implementation, optimization, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance, production support, issue resolution, and application improvements for Epic Professional Billing.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Claims & Remittance, Charge Router, charge capture workflows, claim edits, workqueues, reimbursement processes, and revenue cycle functionality.
  • Collaborate with revenue cycle, operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders to improve Professional Billing workflows and system performance.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, application design, build, testing, validation, go-live support, stabilization, and optimization activities.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues throughout the full Professional Billing lifecycle, including Charge Router, charge capture, Claims & Remittance, claim edits, reimbursement, payment posting, and workqueue management.
  • Develop technical documentation, testing scripts, and support materials while following Epic best practices and organizational standards.
  • Manage multiple priorities while working independently across multiple client engagements.
Qualifications
  • Epic Professional Billing (PB) Certification required.
  • Five or more years of Epic Professional Billing build, implementation, optimization, and application support experience preferred.
  • Strong experience with:
    • Epic Professional Billing application build and optimization
    • Claims & Remittance
    • Charge Router
    • Charge capture
    • Claim edits and workqueues
    • End-to-end Professional Billing and revenue cycle workflows
    • System testing, upgrades, implementations, and go-live support
  • Experience supporting Epic Community Connect environments is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting California healthcare organizations, including Medi-Cal and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), is highly valued.


Benefits
Salary based on experience and qualifications $110,000 -$150,000+
