As an Senior Enterprise Product Manager (EPM) you will be a part of the Go-to-Market Applications team with a focus on supporting our Ops team in their go-to-market motions through successful business transformations leveraging technology. You will partner with a variety of business partners, including Partner Ops, Sales Ops, Legal Ops, Sales Engineering, Finance, SDRs, Alliances, and others to define, build and oversee execution of a systems roadmap that aligns to the overall business strategy.

You will be responsible for the overall alignment to the business strategy and for connecting the dots across stakeholders to identify dependencies, gaps, priorities and areas for improvement. Through a consultative approach and deep partnership with business stakeholders, you will come to understand their strategic priorities and related business outcomes in order to align their business strategy to a prioritized system delivery and automation roadmap. In addition, you will also be responsible for sharing best practices and providing thought leadership while managing the overall successful execution of projects within and across delivery teams.

We are looking for a domain expert, thought leader and a self-motivated person with a strong customer focus and the ability to lead Partner initiatives in a fast paced collaborative environment.

AS A SENIOR ENTERPRISE PRODUCT MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
  • Inspire creativity and translate Go-to-Market executive strategy to ensure cohesiveness across Partner Operations, Sales Operations, Legal Ops, Sales Engineering, Finance SDRs, Alliances, and other business units.

  • Be the trusted resource on product, solution, and process domain relating to business processes across Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, Field Operations, SDRs, Alliances, and custom app use cases supported by Salesforce.

  • Consult and guide partners to maximize value of connected applications including Salesforce, CPQ, and other third-party tools.

  • Be a strategic technology partner and maintain relationships with product owners, leaders, and engineering teams.

  • Strategize all future technology investments to align with business goals.

  • Manage overall project intake, prioritization, and definition processes for supported business partners.

  • Establish KPIs to understand return on investments and impact on process domain

  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impacts across cross-functional business and technology teams.

  • Oversee delegation and execution of strategic initiatives by a team of Business Systems Analysts.

  • Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure successful implementation of user-friendly, scalable solutions.

  • Maintain and report on overall initiatives and roadmap progress, status, and health.

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, document business processes, and understand priorities to recommend technology solutions as required.

  • Identify opportunities to automate current state business processes.

  • Create user stories to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions.

  • Manage, groom, prioritize backlog, and partner with the architecture and delivery teams for delivery.

  • Help improve standardization and adoption of common practices.

  • Analyze and identify opportunities to improve data quality.

  • Provide guidance on technical documentation and provide team training.

OUR IDEAL SENIOR ENTERPRISE PRODUCT MANAGER WILL HAVE:
  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science or Business Management with at least 8 years as a Product Manager in high tech companies.

  • Experience in developing a multi-year vision and accompanying product roadmap.

  • Understanding broader business drivers to map business needs to process & functional solution design

  • Ability to create and present functional design including data analysis to business team, and gather feedback to influence solution design and approach

  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of functional/technical teams and business leaders.

  • Ability to continuously innovate and drive process improvement

  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills, technical acumen, excellent communications skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas

  • Experience with Agile and project management methodologies.

  • Previous roles in consulting or high-growth tech environments.

  • 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, CPQ domains along with Sales principles and processes including Sales, Marketing and Operations.

  • Impeccable customer success mindset.
