The Senior Enterprise Portfolio Manager is responsible for ensuring that the enterprise portfolio aligns with the organization’s strategic objectives and delivers maximum value. This role oversees governance, portfolio performance, risk management, and resource optimization, ensuring that initiatives across the portfolio are well-executed and aligned with business goals. The Senior Enterprise Portfolio Manager works in close collaboration with other key roles such as the Transformation Manager, Enterprise Program Manager and Business Relationship Manager to drive overall portfolio success.

This position will lead our Demand Intake area and oversees the intake, evaluation, prioritization, and routing of demands to ensure efficient execution across the organization. This role plays a critical part in aligning incoming demand with the strategic objectives of the enterprise portfolio and facilitates the smooth coordination of cross-functional teams to deliver on those demands. This position works closely with the Transformation Manager, Enterprise Program Manager, Business Relationship Manager and other Enterprise Portfolio Managers to ensure that resources are appropriately allocated and that demand aligns with organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Intake & Prioritization:
    Manage the process for capturing and evaluating new demand, ensuring that all incoming demands are aligned with business objectives and assessed for feasibility. Prioritize demand requests for assessment and design based on strategic alignment, resource availability, and potential value to the organization.

  • Demand Coordination & Execution:
    Once the demand cycle is completed, coordinate the routing of these demands to the appropriate value streams for execution, including smooth handoff to Enterprise Program Management. Ensure each demand is assigned to the right area, with proper details to plan timelines and meet expectations. 

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    Track and report on the progress and lifecycle of demands. Regularly monitor progress against expectations and report on any potential delays or roadblocks.

  • Collaboration Across Functions:
    Work with the Transformation Manager, Business Relationship Manager, Enterprise Program Manager and other Enterprise Portfolio Managers to ensure demand is handled according to process and priorities. Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure that resources are used effectively and efficiently across teams.

  • Governance & Compliance:
    Own and govern the demand intake process, incorporating feedback to improve lifecycle, enhance artifacts, grow alignment across all involved.  Ensure that the demand intake process follows all governance frameworks and compliance policies. Ensure all demands undergo proper review, validation, and approval before moving forward.

  • Change Management:
    Collaborate with Enterprise Change Management to educate, train and drive adoption for any demand process changes, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in. Work with key stakeholders to manage the impact of changes on organizational processes and resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Management, or related field.

  • At least 7 years of experience in demand management or project management.

  • Strong understanding of governance, prioritization processes, and demand intake methodologies.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)

  • ITIL Foundation

Estimated base pay range for this role is $95,800 - 136,900/Annual.
The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.  
Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
The posting will be active for a minimum of 3 days. The active posting will continue to extend by 3 days until the position is filled.
