The Enterprise Applications Engineering team is responsible for the success and improvement of the many applications and internal technologies that enable Anduril to accomplish its mission. We work across the company to ensure employees have the best capabilities available for mission success.
ABOUT THE ROLEAs we continue to grow and expand our capabilities, we are seeking an Enterprise Apps Engineer specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to join our Security and Applications Engineering team. This role is critical in supporting our M&A activities, ensuring smooth integration of acquired companies, and maintaining the highest security standards across our expanding organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Travel to acquisition target sites (50%+ travel required) to assess their current security posture
- Conduct comprehensive enterprise data application evaluations of potential acquisition targets including productivity tools (email, slack etc.) and SaaS apps
- Develop and implement applications recommendations for acquired companies to align with Anduril's standards
- Design and execute integration plans to incorporate acquired companies into Anduril's software application infrastructure
- Establish and maintain visibility across newly integrated systems and networks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software application practices during M&A processes
- Orchestrate the migration, cutover, and post-migration support of systems and business processes
- Review, architect and implement the acquired company’s data application suite into Anduril
- 50%+ travel required
- 3+ years of experience in IT Engineering with a focus on IAM and SaaS tools.
- Demonstrated experience designing and executing complex IT migration projects, including application, data, and infrastructure moves.
- Strong understanding of email principles (SMTP, IMAP, POP3, DKIM, SPF)
- Scripting experience in one or more general purpose languages such as Python, Powershell, or Bash
- Experience managing productivity, collaboration, data storage and design tools at scale.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve user issues, and work autonomously to identify and solve problems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- U.S. Person status required for access to export-controlled data.
- Experience managing DNS records
- Experience with integrating dissimilar enterprise systems during the mergers and acquisitions process
- Experience migrating Office 365 and Google Workspace environments
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
