Senior Enterprise Analyst
Denver, CO (Hybrid: In office 3 days per week)

Digital Media Solutions is seeking a data-driven Senior Enterprise Analyst (Demand-Focused) to support our performance marketing initiatives by analyzing demand trends, optimizing campaign performance, and identifying revenue growth opportunities. This role will play a critical part in understanding consumer behavior, forecasting demand, and ensuring our marketing investments yield maximum ROI.
- COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: The anticipated annual salary range for individuals interested in this position is $90,000 - $110,000 annually. Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on work experience, education and/or skill levels.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer demand trends across various marketing channels (paid search, social, display, affiliate, etc.).
- Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast demand and optimize marketing spend.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to measure and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and LTV (Lifetime Value).
- Provide actionable insights to optimize conversion rates, audience segmentation, and budget allocation.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify high-value customer segments and opportunities for scaling marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing demand and supply capabilities.
- Build dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into marketing performance.
- Present data-driven recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Support strategic decision-making with clear, concise, and impactful analysis.
Requirements
- 5 + years of experience in performance marketing analytics, demand forecasting, or a related field.
- Experience in reporting platforms such as Looker Studio (formally known as Google Data Studio), Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Zoho Analytics, and Sisense.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Proficiency in designing dashboards for reporting and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary for effectively communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of business processes, operations, and industry trends is important for making informed decisions.
