What You’ll Do:

At Weights & Biases by CoreWeave, our mission is to build the best tools for AI developers. We were originally founded on the insight that while there were excellent tools for developers to build better code, there were no similarly great tools to help AI practitioners build better models and GenAI applications. Starting with our first experiment tracking product, we have since expanded our solution into a comprehensive AI developer platform for organizations focused on building their own deep learning models and generative AI applications.

An Enterprise Account Executive at Weights & Biases is a quota carrying, Enterprise software sales position responsible for meeting and exceeding goals through generating and closing new opportunities while increasing awareness of Weights & Biases in the marketplace.

About the role:

Role and Responsibilities

  • Drive new business and account expansion into the San Francisco / West Coast Enterprise territory
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned to regional and industry needs to help drive awareness, engagement and growth
  • Focused pipeline generation on defined top target accounts/sub-sectors
  • Collaborating with technology ecosystem and alliance partners to accelerate new opportunity discovery
  • Manage opportunities through the sales cycle from initial inquiry/outbound interaction through to forecasted pipeline
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives for territory, whilst reporting on sales, activities, progress on a regular basis through CRM and sales forecasting tools

Who You Are:

We are looking for motivated, focused, and coachable sales professionals with experience across the full spectrum of the software sales cycle – prospecting, defining and articulating value proposition, pilot process management, business case development, negotiation and closing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales and/or account management roles & Minimum of 7 years Direct Enterprise selling experience
  • Track record of success in closing business
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, financial, and organizational capabilities. Able to thrive in an evolving, entrepreneurial structure and environment
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work at both a tactical and strategic level
  • Must possess a can-do, self-starter mentality in a highly collaborative atmosphere

Preferred:

  • Experience selling to AI/ML leaders and builders

The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $160,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
