Interface Education Services is a global education and student development company with nearly two decades of experience helping ambitious young people and their families prepare for the future.
We began with college counseling, building deep expertise in guiding students toward leading U.S., U.K., and international universities. But college admission has always been an important outcome—not our ultimate mission. We believe the more meaningful question is not simply where a student gets in, but who they become along the way.
Today, Interface is building the next chapter of that vision through Rising Gen Development: a broader approach to preparing young people for meaningful lives in a world being reshaped by artificial intelligence, economic uncertainty, and rapid social and technological change.
Through college counseling and a growing portfolio of student development experiences, we help young people develop the self-awareness, confidence, resilience, judgment, leadership, and sense of purpose they need to thrive.
Our ambition is bold: to help define a new category of education and become the world's most trusted partner for families seeking to develop the next generation of leaders, innovators, creators, and stewards.
The OpportunityWe are seeking a Senior Enrollment Advisor to build Interface's presence across Southern California, with a particular focus on Orange County and Los Angeles.
This is a relationship-driven sales role for someone who knows how to build a market—not simply manage inbound leads. You'll serve as a senior enrollment and business development presence in the region, developing relationships with prospective families, schools, educational professionals, community organizations, and other referral partners.
You'll own the full sales cycle, from generating new opportunities and conducting initial consultations through follow-up, proposal, and enrollment. Because families are making an important and highly personal decision, our approach to sales is built around trust, expertise, responsiveness, and a genuine understanding of each student and family.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, highly relationship-oriented, comfortable working with discerning families, and energized by the opportunity to build something.

- Develop strong relationships with schools, educational professionals, community organizations, parent networks, and other referral partners.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand Interface's presence throughout Southern California.
- Represent Interface at workshops, seminars, conferences, community events, and other programs.

- Convert qualified opportunities into long-term Interface clients while delivering an exceptional prospective-family experience.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasts and use sales data to understand performance, conversion, and opportunities for growth.
- Partner closely with Counseling, Customer Service, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to broader growth strategy.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; bilingual proficiency is required.
- 5+ years of experience in consultative sales, business development, enrollment, education, or another relationship-driven field.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business, rather than relying solely on inbound opportunities.
- An exceptional relationship builder who earns trust quickly and communicates effectively with sophisticated clients.
- Comfortable navigating high-consideration purchasing decisions and longer sales cycles.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, highly self-directed, and motivated by ambitious goals.
- Organized and disciplined about follow-up, pipeline management, and CRM usage.
