About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Core Platform team at FourKites. This is a critical leadership position where you will own the foundational services that power our entire supply chain visibility platform. You will lead a team of 10+ engineers building and scaling the core capabilities that all our products depend on: master data management, workflow orchestration, notification services, export infrastructure, and user & tenant management.

- 5+ years of engineering management experience leading teams of 10+ engineers
- Proven track record of building and scaling platform services in enterprise B2B environments
- Deep hands-on experience with:
- Microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, graph databases) and optimization
- Building high-performance, low-latency APIs at scale
- Multi-cloud deployments (AWS, Azure)
- Identity and access management systems
- Workflow orchestration and automation platforms
- Strong project planning and execution capabilities
- Experience with Agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain top engineering talent
- Track record of driving technical initiatives that deliver business value
