As a Senior Manager of Engineering at Saviynt, you will lead a dynamic engineering team responsible for building the foundational software that underpins our leading-edge applications.
Job Requirements:
Possess a minimum of 6 years of management experience overseeing multiple teams and initiatives.
Demonstrate a track record of effectively managing, attracting, hiring, retaining, and leading top-tier engineering talent and high-performance product engineering teams.
Thrive in an environment characterized by rapid change and showcase the ability to drive results across various functional areas.
Exhibit excellent communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with teams across the organization, even in diverse geographical locations.
Leverage extensive hands-on experience in developing and managing complex, large-scale enterprise applications and products known for their resilience and reliability.
Champion technical excellence by implementing and upholding industry-leading engineering practices, including Agile development, design reviews, code reviews, unit testing, and test automation.
Leverage data to make informed decisions, driving the team towards optimal solutions.
Possess over 10 years of proficiency in Java/J2EE technologies, with expertise in Spring, Hibernate, and a preference for Microservices.
Familiarity with Containerization, CI/CD practices, code repository tools, and Java debugging tools is a plus.
Exhibit proficiency in RDBMS Server, particularly in designing and optimizing queries, performance tuning, and stored procedures.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective presentation abilities. Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential.
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, with preference given to candidates with an MS or Masters in Information Technology.
