The Position:

The Gameday Capture team powers all video experiences in the GameChanger app. It delivers a stable, feature-rich streaming experience for coaches and parents, and a delightful way for fans to follow the action when they can't be at the game. The team's work is central to how GameChanger connects families and fans to the moments that matter most.

As Senior Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team of engineers building capabilities for our iOS and Android apps, along with the systems that power them. You'll mentor your team, guide technical decisions, and work across the organization to connect business strategy to user impact. You'll report to an Engineering Director.

What You'll Do:

  • Coach your team to deepen their technical expertise, strengthen their judgment, and develop into future leaders.

  • Collaborate with peers across our Video Platform, Computer Vision and Business Development teams to deliver new video features and camera integrations.

  • Ship early and often by helping your team break down work, experiment, and learn from every release.

  • Work with other engineering leaders to improve our culture, craft, and engineering practices across the organization.

  • Guide technical direction for how video is captured and consumed, contributing to design and implementation when needed.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years leading diverse teams and 5+ years of software development experience, including architectural design and technical direction.

  • Technically fluent in native iOS or Android development, with familiarity in video technologies that power live streaming and on-demand playback.

  • Experience designing and scaling APIs that enable rich, reliable mobile experiences.

  • Grounded in delivery excellence, bringing clarity, prioritization, and accountability to how teams ship and create impact.

  • Motivated by GameChanger's mission to connect communities through sport.

The target salary range for this position is between $210,000 and $240,000. This is part of a total compensation package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by several factors including experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We constantly review all teammate pay to ensure a great compensation package that is fair and equal across the board.

Compensation Range: $210.00 - $240.00
