Chorus Innovations is a fast-growing healthcare technology company with an adaptive platform as a service (PaaS) that enables the rapid development of mobile, desktop, text messaging and interactive voice applications. Chorus’ platform currently powers transformative healthcare, biomedical research and community health projects across institutions and public health agencies nationwide. We believe every community should have world-class health technology so they can thrive.
Our mission is to improve the lives of people and communities by democratizing technology development in health and research.
At Chorus, we believe that digital health tools must be built with communities, not just for them. We’re looking for a Senior Engagement & Training Partner to help lead our efforts to engage end users—especially those in behavioral health and public sector settings—through all stages of technology development and implementation.
This role blends community engagement, participatory design, and training delivery to support the success of new products and tools. You’ll work with government agencies, providers, and community members to gather insights, support training and adoption, and ensure our tools are meeting the real-world needs of those using them every day.
This is a hybrid position based in Long Beach, CA. You’ll enjoy the flexibility of working remotely four days per week, while spending one day on-site at our beautiful office.
About YouYou’re passionate about working alongside communities to create change and improve systems. You have experience working within or alongside public agencies and are comfortable navigating complex stakeholder landscapes. You know how to build trust, elevate diverse perspectives, and translate what you’re hearing into tangible next steps. You’re also ready to step into a leadership role—helping coordinate and guide other staff, plan engagement strategies, and bring structure to how we train and support users in adopting new technology.
You enjoy both the relationship-building and strategic planning sides of engagement work, and you understand that thoughtful implementation and training can make or break the success of a digital tool.
