- From assessing borrowing capacity and navigating complex credit scenarios to selecting suitable lenders, preparing quality submissions, clearing conditions, and driving applications through to settlement, you’ll manage the lending journey end to end.
- You’ll work closely with the broker while having the autonomy to make sound decisions, identify risks early, and keep multiple applications moving without someone looking over your shoulder.
- If complex lending scenarios get your analytical gears turning and a clean, settlement-ready file is your idea of a job well done, this could be your next move.
- Manage mortgage applications from initial client scenario through to settlement.

- Prepare and lodge accurate, policy-aligned credit submissions.
- Liaise with lenders, BDMs, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage outstanding conditions, lender follow-ups, application milestones, and settlement requirements.
- Ensure files meet lender credit policy and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate CRM notes, tasks, records, and application updates.
- Identify and escalate credit, policy, documentation, and structuring risks early.
- Manage multiple active lending files and deadlines independently.
- Provide clear and timely updates to relevant stakeholders throughout the application process.
