We are a nationwide mortgage lender specializing in residential and commercial lending. We are looking for a senior level Encompass Administrator to join our team! This individual will be responsible for all Encompass administration including business rules, persona access, advanced coding, reporting, as well as implementing best practices in a mission critical environment. Developing enhancements within the Encompass environment for the development or modification of complex system programs will be a key function of this position. The Sr. Encompass Administrator will also be responsible for collaborating with outside teams such as User Support, Enterprise Operations, and senior leadership to design, test, and implement new technologies that will improve performance and usability of the system.

- Customer form development
- Advanced code development
- Trigger rule development
- Dashboard and reporting enhancements
- Familiarity with DDM
- TPO Connect
- Consumer Connect
- EPC configuration
- Reporting database additions
- Advanced workflows and automations
- Collaborating with executive management
- Leading various Encompass enhancements Initiatives
- Responsible for feature/automation/changes communication to internal training department and assist with roll outs necessary.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Valid Encompass Administration Certification from ICE or Mortgage Workflow Partners (Required)
- Maintains a working knowledge of all current system guidelines and features.
- Ability to use systems and software programs needed to conduct daily business.

Pay: $80,000 - $110,000
