About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented, technically proficient Senior Email Marketing Project Manager to join our team and own end-to-end campaign execution. You'll be responsible for bringing marketing strategies to life through owned channels, including building email templates, configuring audience targeting, setting up experiments, and ensuring flawless campaign launches. This is a high-impact role in which your technical expertise, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset will directly shape how millions of users experience our client's brand.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution, Development & Project Management

  • Build and launch email, push, and in-app notification campaigns end-to-end using our in-house ESP
  • Translate Figma designs into functional, responsive HTML email templates
  • Assist with configuring target audiences using SQL queries
  • Set up and instrument A/B experiments
  • Integrate dynamic content, personalization, and data-driven elements into campaigns
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with CRM master design standards and brand guidelines
  • Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring project prioritization and team coordination.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure the timely delivery of projects.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Perform QA reviews with AI-assisted platforms for fellow consultants' campaigns
  • Test campaign rendering across devices, browsers, and dark/light modes 
  • Ensure all legal approvals (Marketing Counsel, Product Counsel, FinProm) are documented
  • Verify experiment configurations and tracking are set up correctly

Data & Audience Management

  • Validate provided SQL queries for audience segmentation in Snowflake
  • Troubleshoot data issues and validate targeting criteria

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, and FTE CRM leads
  • Coordinate with the creative/design team for template design and copy support
  • Support stakeholder requests via Asana/Jira intake system
  • Document learnings, solutions, and process improvements for team knowledge sharing

Post-Launch Monitoring

  • Monitor campaign sends immediately after launch to ensure successful delivery
  • Track deliveries, open rates, click rates, and errors in real-time
  • Flag and escalate issues to leads if anomalies arise
  • Document campaign performance for reporting and optimization

Client Relationship Management

  • Understand the client’s business needs and provide strategic guidance on email and push marketing initiatives.
  • Build strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction through effective communication, regular updates, and delivering high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear goals and deliverables.

Job Specifications & Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 4+ years working in email marketing, with a focus on project management, client services, and team leadership.
  • Some HTML/CSS skills for email template development and troubleshooting
  • Experience with ESP platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)
  • Attention to detail — you catch errors before they reach users
  • Process-oriented mindset — you follow established workflows and SOPs consistently
  • Strong communication skills — you're responsive, clear, and collaborative
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

  • Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Experience with AI tools and agentic workflows to enhance productivity and campaign efficiency (e.g., using AI for content optimization, QA assistance, or process automation)
  • Experience with experiment design and A/B testing platforms
  • SQL proficiency for understanding queries, audience segmentation, and data validation
  • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices
  • Experience working in fintech, crypto, or highly regulated industries
  • Understanding of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email compliance regulations
  • Familiarity with the cryptocurrency industry is preferred.
