We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Email Marketing Lead to own and elevate our email, SMS, and push marketing across multiple product lines—membership, insurance, travel, automotive, and more—serving diverse regional markets.

In this high-impact role, you’ll lead a team of developers and analysts to deliver personalized, data-driven campaigns that engage millions. You’ll sit at the crossroads of marketing strategy and technology, optimizing communications and integrating digital messaging across the organization.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and execute cross-channel marketing strategies using Salesforce and/or Adobe CDPs.

  • Lead campaign automation, segmentation, and personalization to drive engagement and conversions.

  • Collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to deliver seamless, customer-centric journeys.

  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM & TCPA, and maintain high standards in QA and deliverability.

  • Analyze performance, run A/B tests, and continuously optimize campaigns.

  • Mentor your team and stay ahead of digital marketing trends and best practices.

What You Bring:
  • 5+ years in digital marketing or communications in a large, matrixed organization.

  • In-depth knowledge of current and emerging communications trends, channels and best practices. 

  • 2–4 years of team leadership experience.

  • Expertise in Salesforce and/or Adobe marketing platforms (certifications a plus).

  • Strong grasp of marketing automation, UX/UI principles, and data-driven strategy.

  • Proven ability to turn insights into action and collaborate across teams.

  • Experience managing relationships with outside vendors and consultants. 

The starting pay range for this position is:

$117,600.00 - $156,400.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
