About the Role

In this senior consulting role, you will lead end-to-end functional design and delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. You will partner directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements, build solution roadmaps, and ensure implementations align with business objectives. You will also collaborate with technical and project teams to deliver successful outcomes using structured, Agile-driven methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional discovery workshops, requirements elicitation, and business process mapping
  • Design and configure solutions across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, and Field Service
  • Utilize the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) to extend and enhance D365 capabilities
  • Produce functional specification documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Provide leadership during UAT, training, and deployment activities
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them on best practices and system capabilities
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and developers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Use Azure DevOps for backlog management, requirements tracking, and test case oversight
  • Work within Agile project teams, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Maintain up-to-date expertise in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities through continuous learning, training, and professional development.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM / CE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proficiency with the following Dynamics 365 modules:
  • Dynamics 365 Sales
  • Dynamics 365 Customer Service
  • Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
  • Dynamics 365 Field Service
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps
  • Strong understanding of Agile project delivery
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience

  • Dynamics 365 Contact Center or Omnichannel project experience, including hands-on work with Dynamics 365 Omnichannel for Customer Service.
  • Experience working in consulting or agency environments
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365
