Senior Division Operations, Special Projects

ABOUT THE TEAM
Anduril’s Connected Warfare Division Operations is seeking an operations professional to join our team. Division Operations is responsible for a combination of Anduril’s COO + CFO organizations that help run the business of Connected Warfare. This trusted team of individual contributors partner directly with division leadership to represent, enable, and advance the organization’s priorities.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for providing organizational and operational support to the division’s executive leaders. Reporting directly to the Head of Division Operations, you will operate at the center of strategy, execution, and communications acting as a trusted driver of business critical work. As an individual contributor, you will partner closely with our world-class teams to enable them to operate in an organized and efficient manner. You will leverage your excellent communication and project management skills to coordinate and efficiently close complex projects on tight timelines, with a singular focus on enabling the executive team and division.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity and will be able to tackle a variety of projects. Some key areas of ownership for this role include:

• Special Projects - Take on special projects for Connected Warfare and in direct support to the SVP and Head of Division Operations
• Dive into multiple simultaneous ambiguous projects across the org and own their end-to-end execution, from initial discovery to successful results being met.
• Bootstrap new capabilities and lead cross-functional projects - you’re not just project managing, you’re driving toward the outcome.
• Drive clarity across cross-functional initiatives by documenting and following up on actions, decisions, and milestones.
• Conduct research and compile data as needed to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• VIP Events - Support complex and/or VIP events, customer engagements, and trade-shows
• Translate leadership intent into well coordinated plans
• Align Exec and team-members around priorities and content through planning meetings and pre-reads
• Partner with Admin Team to ensure EAs execute tactical plans into well scheduled events
• Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and other documents for executive engagements
• Exec Support - Provide direct support to the division’s SVP to enable a smooth and efficient use of time
• Help leadership stay focused on what matters; triage new inputs and asks, prioritize efforts, track follow-ups
• Provide in-person support and coordination for complex engagements across the globe
• Synthesize multiple inputs into crisp and accurate artifacts for internal and external decision making

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of working experience in a consulting, program management, or business operations role.
• Strong communication skills across a dynamic range of mediums, both written and verbal. Experience interfacing with company leadership and executives is a must
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate trust and facilitate meetings for executives. Capacity to translate and articulate thoughts clearly and simply across a wide range of roles (software engineers, finance partners, recruiters, cross functional leadership, and executives).
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to solve operational problems not only from a data driven lens, but also in a people-centric way by building strong cross functional relationships across the company and within the Connected Warfare division.
• High ownership with the horsepower to effectively manage multiple (3-5+) large projects and priorities in parallel, at a rapid pace, and report out on progress regularly.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
• Willing and able to work in Anduril’s Seattle, WA office
• Willing to travel for up to 25% of time

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working at or with Aerospace & Defense companies, Robotics, Technology or other manufacturing heavy companies directly or in an advisory capacity
• Experience working at a start up or ability to establish processes and SOPs from scratch
