We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sr Director / VP of Business Development to join our team and drive the growth of our business through strategic partnerships and client relationships. As the Sr. Director / VP of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Innovid's growth strategy. You will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with partners , driving strategic conversations, and identifying opportunities for growth through technical and commercial initiatives. You will be part of our team, helping to build and expand our business infrastructure through strategic partnerships. This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen, market presence, and a passion for driving innovation in the CTV advertising technology industry.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners, understanding their unique needs and challenges to drive strategic conversations and identify growth opportunities.
  • Utilize your strong product and technical knowledge to effectively communicate Innovid's solutions, bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Drive the integration of data and technology solutions with partners and clients, ensuring seamless implementation and ongoing optimization.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that will help build Innovid's infrastructure and enhance our market position.
  • Serve as a strong representative of Innovid in the marketplace, attending industry events, conferences, and forums to build brand awareness and establish Innovid as an industry leader.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Innovid, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering, to ensure alignment on business development strategies and execution.
  • Develop and execute business development plans that result in revenue growth and market expansion.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record in business development, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role in the advertising technology industry.
  • Strong product and technical knowledge, with the ability to engage in technical discussions with partners.
  • Demonstrated success in building and nurturing client relationships at the executive level.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
  • This is a hybrid position in our New York City office and with an in office presence 2 days a week.

  • The base pay range for this position is $175,000-250,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid and titled depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
