The Senior Director of Technology will oversee integration and order management platforms, enhance data flows, manage EDI integration, and collaborate on product specifications.

Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary system owner and administrator for the company’s integration and order management platforms
· Develop and maintain integration flows across Ecommerce, ERP, 3PLs, PLM, and Planning Software
· Manage and optimize data flows for purchase orders, receipts, transfers, shipments, adjustments, and inventory updates
· Own the OMS roadmap and platform operations, including order routing, split logic, and exception handling
· Oversee end-to-end EDI integration management, including onboarding, mapping, and compliance
· Ensure system uptime, integration performance, and data reliability
· Own inventory accuracy within the OMS and proactively drive down order cancellations caused by systemic or integration-related issues
· Coordinate triage and post-mortem analysis of system or integration issues
· Develop feature enhancements and automations within software and systems applications for the following departments:
· Accounting
· Product (Sourcing, Manufacturing, Importing)
· Merchandising
· Customer Support
· Build and execute product specifications in collaboration with internal and external development teams
· Perform quality assurance testing, including functional and regression testing
· Create reporting and alerting structures to monitor integration health and data accuracy
· Document and maintain business process flows, user stories, and technical requirements
· Identify automation opportunities and streamline workflows across systems and departments
· Own and develop relationships with team members, working with them to optimize and enhance our product design & development
· Help design, document, and maintain system processes
· Communicate on key insights/findings, common sources of technical issues or questions, and make recommendations to solve
Desired Relative Experience
· Hands-on experience with integration platforms (e.g., Celigo, Boomi) and cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS)
· Familiarity with OMS platforms, particularly Teamwork Commerce or similar systems
· Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably Netsuite
· Experience managing EDI integrations, including retail and wholesale partner feeds
· Understanding of inventory flows, 3PL operations, and virtual location management
· Familiarity with Django-based tools is a plus
· Exposure to wholesale system requirements such as drop ship, EDI, and retailer compliance
· Basic SQL skills and experience with API-based architecture
· Working knowledge of SDLC, change management, and system mapping practices
· Functional understanding of accounting, finance, and order lifecycle processes
· General awareness of SOX compliance, Segregation of Duties, and ITGC
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 3 - 5 Years’ experience as a lead Product Manager for business systems
· 2 – 3 Years’ experience with data architecture design between multiple applications
· 2 – 3 Years’ experience working on integration and mapping projects
· 2+ Years previous experience as a systems administrator or analyst
· Project Management, Systems Implementation, and Systems Integration experience
· Extensive experience with SaaS platforms
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
