Job Summary: 

The Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and Performance Management is responsible for leading strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent within the organization. This role oversees the entire talent lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and succession planning. Collaborating with senior leadership to align talent initiatives with organizational goals, this role drives an inclusive, high-performing, and growth-oriented culture.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals in the development and implementation of comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's business objectives, enhance the employer brand, and ensure a strong pipeline of talent to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and guide effective recruitment practices.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage the talent acquisition budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for recruitment initiatives.
  • Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to optimize sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Keep updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and integrate them into the organization’s strategy.

Performance Management

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize talent needs within the organization.
  • Develop and oversee an effective performance management strategy, facilitating continuous feedback, growth, and recognition.
  • Partner with senior leaders in driving a culture of accountability and high performance, ensuring that the performance review process aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Design metrics to evaluate program success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide consultation to managers on effective performance management strategies and employee development plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or related field; master’s degree and/or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in talent management, including experience in performance management, L&D, and/or talent acquisition.
  • Broad experience with HR systems and tools, ADP and Greenhouse ATS preferred.
  • Proven ability to design and implement talent programs that align with organizational strategies.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and knowledge of labor laws.
  • Experience leading and developing teams with a collaborative, results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.

The salary range represents the base salary range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors. Those include but are not limited to location, experience, and performance.
