The Opportunity - Senior Director, Revenue Operations (Remote - USA / Canada)

We’re looking for a Senior Director of Revenue Operations to lead the operational backbone of our revenue engine — a strategic, metrics-driven operator who will partner directly with GTM leaders to drive forecasting rigor, pipeline health, operational scale, and cross-functional alignment.

This is a high-impact leadership role at the center of Wrapbook’s go-to-market strategy. You will lead the systems, processes, and people that enable GTM execution and revenue growth. This includes owning the forecasting cadence, pipeline analytics, GTM processes, and systems, while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product.

Reporting to the SVP of Sales, you’ll lead a RevOps team of five, and act as a strategic thought partner to GTM leadership and Finance as we scale bookings, segment strategy, and customer lifecycle execution.

What you'll Do:

GTM Strategy & Planning
  • Lead GTM planning and annual target-setting, aligning team quotas, compensation and account allocations with company objectives

  • Drive a “rhythm of the business” operating cadence: forecast calls, QBRs, pipeline reviews, and performance dashboards

  • Deliver analytics and reporting for pipeline health, attainment, rep productivity, funnel metrics, and deal velocity

  • Partner with Finance on annual planning, MBRs and board materials

Forecasting & Pipeline Rigor
  • Own the end-to-end forecasting process across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments

  • Drive accountability and transparency through consistent, data-backed inspection of funnel metrics and rep performance

  • Design dashboards and tools to highlight the full funnel metrics, stage slippage, and risk-adjusted coverage

Revenue Operations & Systems
  • Own Wrapbook’s Salesforce environment and GTM and Client Ops tech stack, including tools like Marketo, Gong, Salesloft, CaptivateIQ, Decagon etc.

  • Evaluate and optimize tooling architecture to support process automation, reporting hygiene, and scalability

  • Implement systems for enablement and content management to drive adoption and rep effectiveness

  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and assess their potential to solve GTM challenges, improve operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth.

GTM Process & Operational Scale
  • Build scalable cross-functional processes and playbooks across the entire revenue engine

  • Define KPIs, operational benchmarks, and adoption frameworks for sales execution and CS workflows

  • Collaborate with Enablement to ensure reps are equipped with the right materials and training tied to business priorities

Client Operations Support
  • Ensure our operations teams are supported within our tech stack, including case management and routing, onboarding and implementation, product feedback and customer engagement at scale

  • Define and support reporting on KPIs including monitoring SLAs for case resolution, time to first response, and volume by support channel

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Drive alignment with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success to support product launches, pricing changes, and GTM campaigns

  • Lead and coordinate transformation efforts and large-scale enablement rollouts across the revenue org

  • Influence senior stakeholders and foster buy-in across a distributed, cross-functional team environment

What you'll Have:

  • 10+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Business Operations at a high-growth technology company (25M-100M+ in ARR)

  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing RevOps or GTM strategy teams

  • Experience supporting multiple GTM motions (particularly Mid-Market & Enterprise)

  • Deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and GTM analytics

  • Mastery of Salesforce and experience implementing/supporting a modern GTM tech stack

  • Deep understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and operations to support targeted GTM motions across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments

  • Strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence through data and insight

  • Proven ability to scale processes and teams during periods of rapid growth and change

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
