We empower businesses and organizations worldwide to collect, manage, and analyze data more interactively and engagingly. Our Marketing Team is at the forefront of Typeform’s success and covers Product Marketing, Education, Community, Campaigns and Events. 


About the Role
As Senior Director of Product Marketing at Typeform, you'll lead the next phase of our Marketing team’s evolution, overseeing Product Marketing, Education, Community, Events, and Campaigns. Working closely with our VP of Marketing, you'll partner across teams to define messaging, sharpen positioning, and drive go-to-market strategy through owned and organic channels. This role is central to shaping how we grow and how our story is told.
 

Things you will do
  • Define the vision and direction of product marketing including: Community, Partner Marketing, and Campaign Management.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Typeform capabilities, dynamic market trends, our competitive landscape, and changing customer needs to help accelerate our growth.
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning that excites and educates customers. 
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to build impactful GTM motions through integrated marketing.
  • Work in cross-collaboration with field, product, and engineering to launch campaigns, new products, and features.
  • Identify and create content in collaboration with Brand to drive demand at every stage of the buyer journey, from thought leadership to case studies.
  • Create sales enablement material to equip our growing sales team. 
  • Track and measure performance metrics to continuously improve our marketing efforts, while uncovering new growth opportunities.
  • Hire, develop, and retain an amazing marketing team 

What you already bring to the table
  • Significant experience in leading integrated & product marketing teams
  • Deep industry knowledge in the SaaS/ PLG space.
  • Storyteller with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • A proven track record of working with product, and sales teams.
  • Natural curiosity and desire to learn.
  • A passion for creating compelling and high converting customer experiences.
  • A knack for independently managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • The desire to work as part of a virtual, globally distributed team
  • Self-starter and achievement-oriented product marketer who excels at envisioning and executing sophisticated marketing campaigns.
  • Hiigh standards and a growth mindset. 
  • Experience using the following tools a plus: Notion, Slack, Looker. 
  • Comfortable working with and interpreting data to draw insights and inform decisions.
  • Superior reporting skills, including consolidating monthly/quarterly marketing activities results.

No one likes a guessing game — that’s why we're transparent about the salary range for this role. In addition to the base, we offer a 5-10% bonus depending on your level and performance. The range is broad because we tailor total compensation based on your location, experience, education, and skillset.
We also want to ensure equitable pay across the team and alignment with market data — but let us handle those details. We’re committed to clarity and honesty, so feel free to ask us anything along the way.
Pay range
$240,000$270,000 USD
