Product Strategy & Vision
Acts as a thought partner to senior leaders on product investments, value stream priorities, and roadmap tradeoffs.
Champions a culture of continuous discovery, value-driven delivery, and modern product thinking within the organization.
Identifies business opportunities through direct engagement with clients and external stakeholders, as well as market research efforts.
Develops a deep understanding of customer and product needs.
Prioritizes tradeoffs, clarifies requirements, and aligns data strategies to support enterprise growth.
Agile Product Delivery
Drives requirements and prioritization activities across Product Owners/Managers leading agile sprint teams.
Participates in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review/demos.
Assists in user research alongside UX/UI designers.
Identifies success metrics to measure feature effectiveness.
Produces marketing collateral with business departments for release rollout.
Communicates release outcomes with internal and external stakeholders.
Serves as the voice of the customer to the team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Leads cross-functional alignment by influencing up, across, and within teams—building trust and clarity in ambiguous or rapidly changing situations.
Establishes strong relationships with stakeholders including project team members, internal customers, business partners, and leadership.
Engages internal stakeholders in gathering and refining business requirements.
Leads cross-functional schedule and resource planning, monitoring milestones and delivering against objectives.
People Leadership & Team Management
Oversees and guides a product analyst team, balancing workloads and reviewing performance.
Provides feedback and mentorship on best practices and career development.
Drives the product function’s evolution by establishing rituals, mentoring early-career product talent, and seeding best practices in prioritization, discovery, and agile delivery.
Develops a bench of future product leaders through coaching, sponsorship, and role modeling.
Leads with empathy, accountability, and a bias for clarity in a distributed, matrixed organization.
Determines appropriate resourcing to meet goals and objectives.
Defines annual Key Performance Indicators aligned with corporate goals.
Coaches leaders on performance gaps, onboarding, succession planning, employee relations, and rewards.
Owns attainment of high employee satisfaction and leads initiatives to improve engagement.
Change Management & Operations
Leads change management initiatives to improve performance and efficiency.
Manages assigned budget, analyzes variances, and takes corrective action to maximize outcomes.
May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
Twelve (12) plus years of experience leading strategic initiative development and execution, including operational policies and process improvements.
Eight (8) plus years in senior operational leadership roles within complex organizations.
Experience with human-centered design, design/systems thinking, and user research.
Background in product and strategy development in a product-led organization, preferably in a technology company.
Agile experience a plus.
Strong executive presence and ability to present strategy and complex topics to leadership.
Proven ability to build alignment, drive decision-making, and lead through change.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a talent for clear, consistent messaging.
Ability to balance strategic objectives with execution, manage priorities, and inspire high performance.
Proficient in change management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional influence.
Salary: $191,900 - $259,100
Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
