The Sr. Director, US Omni Marketing is a key business leader within Anastasia Beverly Hills, responsible for leading the US’s omnichannel and retail marketing strategy in close partnership with the executive team and business leadership.
Part analytical and part creative, this role will be responsible for communicating ABH’s brand story and point of difference, increasing brand awareness/desirability, driving product revenue, and providing a best-in-class customer experience across all consumer touchpoints and with our retail partners in the US.
This leader is a champion of an omni-first approach, continuously improving our ways of working and possessing a tenacious curiosity about our current and future consumers.
Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and VP of Global Omni Channel Marketing to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across all channels.
  • Create and deliver holistic consumer campaigns that drive brand and product interests in assigned regions incl. .com and with retailer.
  • Lead the growth strategy for the US market, including strategic oversight and collaboration with media, social media, and influencer marketing.
  • Tailor global brand and product launch strategies to assigned region, considering local preferences and trends.
  • Drive brand activation initiatives that differentiate the brand, foster brand love, and generate impactful business results.
  • Evaluate and contribute to channel and tactical plans to ensure the strategic intent of the brand and campaign positioning is achieved.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the US customer, their evolving needs and preferences, and the competitive landscape to craft compelling marketing strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints and content execution.
  • Define specific and quantifiable metrics of success for all marketing initiatives, actively measure performance, and adjust as needed.
  • Manage retailer.com and retail marketing strategy, planning and executing sales-driving programs, events, and promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, agencies, and vendors, representing the brand and driving innovation.
  • Present marketing plans to key stakeholders, including retailers, office and field teams, ensuring consistency with education programs.
  • 13. Review and analyze launch recaps with domestic team members and provide constructive feedback to improve results.
  • Manage the marketing budget, assessing strengths and weaknesses to make optimal decisions.
  • Identify sales growth opportunities and participate in negotiations to close strategic opportunities.
  • Travel for in-person meetings with retailers and partners to develop key relationships and stay informed about retail partner's strategic plans.
  • Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analysis.
  • Establish strategic programs and long-term strategic plan to grow brand desirability, awareness, and engagement with Professionals

Competencies

  • 7-10 years experience in a retail selling environment
  • Minimum 5 years of US cosmetic retail experience in an executive role or regional manager role
  • Experience managing a 10 million + market with a track record of driving results
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, and develop others to strive for excellence
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to effectively execute and manage details
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive/effective business partnerships
  • Can provide FOCUS to the team and align them with the vision to achieve results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Able to deliver persuasive presentations in a variety of settings to all levels
  • Entrepreneurial mindset leading through innovation and creativity
  • Strong sense of loyalty, teamwork, and high personal integrity
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Drive

Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting base salary range for this position in the selected city is $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is bonus eligible.
