The Senior Director Marketing Strategy & Operations will lead and manage the business unit’s marketing function while driving creative and communication strategies that shape the marketplace’s perception of our products, solutions, and brands – ultimately leading to business growth and enhanced brand equity and awareness. In this role you will….
- Drive strategic positioning and creative direction for all branding, collateral, video, public relations, advertising, events, and digital marketing campaigns to differentiate ProMach’s Labeling & Coding Group and product brands
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team, including the VP of Sales, General Managers, Sales Leaders, Product Managers, and Engineering teams, to identify industry trends and business development opportunities that drive profitable growth through innovative and effective marketing solutions
- Lead and develop Marketing Directors at various locations
- Drive PR opportunities for the delivery of press releases, articles, white papers, case studies, interviews, and thought leadership/subject matter expertise to strengthen product brands
- Drive new aftermarket marketing campaigns to promote consumables, upgrades, parts, and service programs sales growth with active and inactive customer base segments
- Direct the development and implementation of effective product marketing launches to ensure commercial success of new products and solutions
Who we’re looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or public relations with demonstrated success; preferably in the packaging or a B2B industry
- Experience in the development, implementation, and management of brand identity standards
- Experience in managing and working with remote team is an asset
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite of software, with advanced knowledge and use of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere
- Self-directed, works well in team environment
- Ability to travel as needed (25%)

In addition to growth opportunities, as a ProMach employee, you receive more than just a paycheck. Starting salary range for this role is $100,000-$130,000 per year depending on experience. This estimate represents the typical salary range you could earn in this position and is just one component of ProMach’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
Total compensation includes your salary, comprehensive medical/dental/vision programs, as well as life insurance, a generous paid time off program, and a retirement savings plan with a company match.
