The role
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Director of Marketing to lead and integrate our Product Marketing and Growth Marketing functions. This role is critical to shaping our go-to-market strategy, accelerating pipeline growth, and delivering a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
As the marketing leader for Merge by Merative—a trusted name in enterprise imaging and interoperability—you’ll guide a high-performing team and collaborate cross-functionally to drive awareness of our health tech solutions as market leaders. Your work will help position Merge as the partner of choice for imaging organizations seeking smarter, more connected care.
Merge is a medical imaging solution that combines intelligent and scalable imaging workflow tools with deep clinical expertise to help healthcare organizations optimize care delivery and improve patient outcomes. How you will contribute: 

 Product Marketing 

  • Own go-to-market strategy for new product launches and feature releases. 
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation. 
  • Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to align on value propositions. 
  • Partner with Communications and Creative to elevate brand presence. 
  • Lead customer insights and market research to inform strategy and enable routes to market. 
  • Ensure consistent brand storytelling across all engagement channels.

Growth Marketing 

  • Drive demand generation and pipeline acceleration through multi-channel campaigns. 
  • Oversee digital/web programs, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation. 
  • Align closely with Sales on lead quality, funnel metrics, and revenue attribution. 
  • Lead thought leadership programs, addressing key industry themes and presenting company point-of-view. 
  • Optimize the digital buyer journey using data and experimentation. 
  • Measure campaign performance, ROI, and impact on brand awareness and pipeline. 

Leadership & Strategy 

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team. 
  • Develop and manage budgets, KPIs, and reporting frameworks across functions. 
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing strategy with business goals. 
  • Champion a data-driven, customer-centric marketing culture. 

About You 

What you will bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus). 
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role. 
  • Proven success scaling marketing teams in B2B SaaS environment, ideally in health tech or regulated industries. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. 
  • Experience operating in a matrixed environment with accountability to multiple executive leaders. 
  • Proficiency with marketing tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, event platforms). 
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance, buyer personas, and market dynamics are a plus.
