Make Your Mark:
We are seeking a seasoned and innovative Senior Director of IT Infrastructure to lead our team in overseeing and enhancing our company's IT infrastructure. This pivotal role requires extensive experience in managing cloud-based systems, network operations, and support teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing robust information security measures and modern identity solutions and be adept at operating in a fully SaaS environment.
You'll Get To:
Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and manage the IT Infrastructure team, including cloud-based server infrastructure, network operations, and helpdesk teams.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for IT infrastructure in alignment with the company's business goals.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.


Cloud Infrastructure and Operations:

  • Oversee the management and optimization of cloud-based server infrastructure.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of all infrastructure systems.
  • Manage relationships with cloud service providers and ensure effective utilization of services.


Network and Helpdesk Management:

  • Ensure robust and secure network operations, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Oversee the helpdesk team to ensure prompt and effective support for all IT-related issues.
  • Implement and manage ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.


Information Security:

  • Lead information security initiatives, including zero trust network connectivity and modern identity solutions.
  • Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and standards to ensure security and compliance.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks.


SaaS Environment Management:

  • Ensure seamless operation and integration of SaaS applications within the company's IT infrastructure.
  • Optimize SaaS utilization and manage vendor relationships to maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in SaaS management.


Project Management:

  • Lead and manage infrastructure projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of projects.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to senior leadership.


What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1 0+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Extensive experience managing cloud-based server infrastructure, network operations, and helpdesk teams.
  • Proven experience in information security, including zero trust network connectivity and modern identity solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS environments and cloud service providers.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ITIL) are a plus.

Salary Range:
USD $207,000.00 - USD $276,000.00
Pay Transparency Statement:
Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
