LOCATION: (USA) Atlanta or Miami Preferred
The Senior Director, RBI Business Development and Supply Chain is a senior leadership role reporting to the Head of the RBI US Customer Global Team. The position is responsible for managing and advancing Coca‑Cola’s end‑to‑end U.S. supply chain partnership with all Restaurant Brands International (RBI) brands, including Burger King (via RSI), Popeyes (via SMS), Firehouse Subs, and Tim Hortons.
This role serves as the primary connection between Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply, Procurement, and Planning, ensuring the successful commercialization and execution of new brands, packages, and innovation across the RBI ecosystem.
What You’ll Do For Us
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full U.S. supply chain relationship for all RBI brands.
Forecast and manage supply chain needs for on-going demand and customer promotions.
Partner closely with senior decision‑makers at both Coca‑Cola and RBI to align on business priorities and long‑term growth strategies.
Gather, analyze, and interpret customer specific data to drive insights and recommendations.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure unified communication and execution across the Coca‑Cola system.
Develop strategic options and business planning processes to drive mutual growth.
Lead customer training, technology updates, and rollout of new platforms, products or processes as needed.
Manage major initiatives including conventions, Top‑to‑Top meetings, and cross‑functional strategic projects.
What You'll Need
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, commercial leadership, or customer-facing roles.
Strong influencing skills, innovative thinking, and general management capability.
Experience with supply chain, account management, technical systems, project management, and business process design.
Ability to travel 25–40%.
Competencies & Skills:

Ability to balance short‑term execution with long‑term strategic priorities.
Strong relationship building and influencing across senior levels.
Project management, process modeling, system design, and training development expertise.
Knowledge of economic value drivers (EP/EVA).

$174,000 - $200,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
30Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
