Partners with the SVP of the region and their VPs/Directors/Senior Leaders to define the strategic HR direction, in alignment with the Global HR strategy Coaches, supports and mentors the SVP of the region and their VPs/Directors/Senior Leaders in the application of strategic HR best practices, providing advice and guidance on complex HR issues, casework and transformational initiatives for the sales Manages and develops a team of Regional HRBPs Assists Global HR function for non-sales Employee Relations casework at global N-2 level and below in region Takes the lead in region for Governance and Compliance policies and issues Leads and manages all Sales Employee Relations casework in region at N and all levels below Maintains effective Performance Improvement cadence and tracking Takes the lead on HR global deliverables for the region (programs and tools) using the regional HRBP structure Assists in collaboration with the Global HR VP for functions on Talent Management strategy; Annual Compensation Review; Talent Review and Succession; Organizational Design; Workforce Planning Assists in collaboration with the Global VP of Talent Acquisition for all recruitment and retention activities in the region Coaches business leaders on issues of effective team building and organizational effectiveness Works with other teams and functions to ensure Veeam builds out its dynamic workplace culture
