Summary  

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Growth Marketing to lead the growth and adoption of our solutions across healthcare providers (HCPs), consumers, biopharma, and payor audiences. This leader will drive integrated marketing strategies that fuel awareness, engagement, and adoption, while positioning our brand as the trusted partner in rare disease diagnostics.  

As a senior member of the marketing team, you will serve as the in-house expert on HCP and segmented marketing, bringing deep expertise in omni-channel engagement and data-driven optimization. You will partner with senior leaders across the business to design and execute strategies that accelerate growth and deliver measurable impact—helping us bring life-changing answers to more patients and families. 

 Job Responsibilities 

  • Lead, support and grow a high-performing growth marketing team, ensuring individuals have the tools and resources needed to be successful in their roles. 
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing growth strategies across HCP, consumer, biopharma, and payor segments to drive adoption of testing solutions. 
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on HCP and segment marketing, providing strategic direction to growth marketers to help translate audience insights into actionable strategies and tactics  
  • Bring a relentless drive and curiosity to assess and define the key value drivers messaging and positioning to inform comprehensive omni channel marketing strategies to attract, convert and retain customers across our key audience segments. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, Product and Legal —to ensure compliant, innovative, and effective marketing execution. 
  • Present unified audience strategies and plans to leadership, aligning marketing objectives with company goals and financial targets and delivering clear and compelling narrative to communicate marketing priorities and objectives.  
  • Establish KPIs, track performance, and drive continuous measurement, reporting, and optimization of campaigns and marketing mix. 
  • Oversee budget development, resourcing plans, and financial tracking with high acumen. 
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance marketing strategies.

  • 13+ years of progressive experience in healthcare marketing with demonstrated success in HCP and audience-segmented marketing. 
  • Proven track record of driving growth, adoption, and measurable ROI through integrated, omni-channel marketing strategies. 
  • Exceptional leadership and presentation skills; proven ability to influence and engage senior executives, external partners, and field teams. 
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative 
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • High-quality testing: Our laboratory is CLIA certified and CAP accredited and most of our tests are also New York State approved.
  • Advanced detection: By interrogating genes for complex variants, we can identify the underlying causes of conditions that may otherwise be missed.

CLINICAL EXPERTISE

  • Thorough analysis: We classify variants according to our custom adaptation of the most recent guidelines. We then leverage our rich internal database for additional interpretation evidence.
  • Customized care: Our experts review all test results and write reports in a clear, concise, and personalized way. We also include information for research studies in specific clinical situations.
  • Impactful discovery: Our researchers continue working to find answers even after testing is complete. Through both internal research efforts and global collaborations, we have identified and published hundreds of new disease-gene relationships and developed novel tools for genomic data analysis. These efforts ultimately deliver more diagnostic findings to individuals.
