Senior Director of Growth Marketing
We’re looking for a Senior Director of Growth Marketing who will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive predictable, scalable pipeline growth across regions. This role is pivotal in aligning marketing and sales around shared revenue outcomes, optimizing the end-to-end demand engine, and leading a high-performing team to deliver measurable impact. You will be a data-driven leader who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver measurable growth.Responsibilities
- Own the marketing-sourced pipeline target and coverage model, ensuring predictable lead generation and performance parity across US and EMEA.
- Partner closely with Sales Leadership and BDR leadership to align on pipeline strategy, monthly KPI performance, and conversion accountability.
- Analyze and report on full-funnel KPIs; own the attribution model and executive dashboards (velocity, win rate, CAC, CAC payback, LTV:CAC) to guide strategic investments.
- Optimize the end-to-end lead management framework (from scoring, routing, enrichment, QA to MQLs and hand-raisers to pipeline and closed-won).
- Own the website and digital growth engine (paid media, SEO/technical health, email, landing pages)
- Own the digital marketing strategy and budget (paid media, SEO, email, campaigns) to deliver scalable, repeatable growth.
- Drive audience segmentation and personalization using ICPs, intent, and behavioral signals to improve targeting, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Own the integrated campaign calendar, ensuring alignment across digital campaigns, webinars, and Torq-hosted events.
- Design and run pipeline acceleration programs (ABM plays, executive engagement, tailored content, field activations) to move deals faster.
- Define and scale account-based marketing programs for strategic accounts, orchestrating signals from intent, product usage, and sales engagement.
- Develop geo-specific growth plays to ensure regional parity in pipeline generation across US and EMEA.
- Lead lifecycle, expansion, and advocacy programs (upsell, cross-sell, reviews/communities, customer storytelling) to grow pipeline.
- Run quarterly planning and budget forecasting.
- Lead performance reviews that give executives confidence in hitting growth targets; publish monthly pipeline and ROI narratives with clear next actions.
- Use data and revenue intelligence to identify funnel bottlenecks, underperforming channels, and new growth opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of five (demand gen, web, digital, events), raising the execution bar while coaching for long-term career growth.
About You
- Proven track record of driving marketing-sourced pipeline at scale in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in demand generation or growth leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in digital demand generation (paid media, email, campaigns) and event-driven marketing (webinars, field events, hosted programs).
- Strong understanding of ABM strategies, audience segmentation, and personalization for enterprise sales cycles.
- Skilled at building cross-functional alignment with Sales, BDRs, Revenue Ops and other stakeholders to ensure pipeline targets are met.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in funnel analytics, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Comfortable balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Growth mindset with a bias toward experimentation and innovation, constantly testing new channels and approaches.
