Role purpose

Join our team as Senior Director, Global Sales, and play a pivotal role in shaping the continued growth of onefinestay across key global markets. This senior commercial position is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, expand brand presence, and support the continued development of our B2B sales organization across onefinestay’s portfolio of luxury private homes and branded residences.

With ownership of the West Coast and LATAM markets, this role will identify new commercial opportunities, cultivate high-value relationships, and influence business growth across luxury leisure, travel advisors, consortia, corporate, and entertainment segments. In addition to owning a significant regional sales portfolio, the Senior Director will provide leadership and direction to the Partners Team, helping to establish priorities, develop commercial strategies, strengthen partner relationships, and ensure the team is aligned with broader onefinestay sales objectives. This includes coaching and developing team members, establishing clear expectations and accountability, and creating a collaborative approach to partner development and revenue generation.

The ideal candidate brings a strategic sales mindset, deep industry relationships, and the entrepreneurial drive to build market opportunities from the ground up. This role requires a combination of commercial leadership, relationship expertise, and hands-on execution to deliver measurable results while representing onefinestay as a leader in luxury private hospitality.

We’re seeking an accomplished sales leader with a passion for luxury travel, a strong
commercial mindset, and a proven ability to develop markets and deliver revenue growth.
You have established relationships within the luxury travel ecosystem and understand how
to leverage partnerships, industry insights, and strategic account development to create
meaningful business opportunities.

You are a trusted advisor to clients and partners, with the confidence and credibility to
engage senior stakeholders across luxury travel, hospitality, entertainment, and lifestyle
sectors. You combine strategic thinking with a proactive, hands-on approach, taking
ownership of your market while also providing leadership, direction, and support to the
Partners Team.

You are comfortable balancing individual commercial responsibility with team leadership.
You know how to set clear priorities, coach and develop team members, create
accountability, and bring people together around shared goals. You are equally comfortable
working at a strategic level with senior leadership and getting into the details when needed to
move an opportunity forward.

Key Responsibilities
● Regional Sales Leadership
● Own and strategically grow relationships with key luxury leisure, travel industry,
entertainment, corporate, and lifestyle partners to maximize regional revenue
opportunities.
● Define and lead regional sales strategies aligned with onefinestay’s global commercial
objectives, identifying growth opportunities and prioritizing initiatives that drive
revenue impact.
● Approach the market with a highly proactive sales mindset, consistently identifying
new business opportunities while strategically nurturing and expanding existing
client relationships.
● Maintain a strong presence within the West Coast and LATAM luxury travel
communities through regular client engagement, networking, sales calls, industry
events, and market visits.
● Organise and attend industry events, sales missions, trade shows, networking
functions, and familiarisation trips to increase brand awareness, strengthen
partnerships, and drive revenue for onefinestay.
● Engage in direct sales activities with key accounts across all relevant market
segments, including luxury leisure, consortia, entertainment, corporate, and group
business.
● Leverage CRM platforms and sales tools to develop and execute a comprehensive
prospecting and account management strategy for the region.
● Generate and manage sales opportunities while accurately tracking lead activity,
account development, and client engagement within Salesforce to maintain a robust
and effective client database.
● Provide market intelligence, commercial insights, and strategic recommendations to
influence broader sales and business decisions.
● Demonstrate creativity, entrepreneurial thinking, and strong business acumen to
deliver measurable sales results and uncover innovative revenue opportunities.

Partners Team Leadership
● Provide day-to-day commercial leadership, direction, and support to the Partners
Team, ensuring priorities and activities are aligned with onefinestay’s broader sales
strategy and business objectives.
● Establish clear expectations, goals, and priorities for the Partners Team and maintain
accountability for performance against agreed commercial objectives.
● Coach, mentor, and develop team members, helping them strengthen their sales
approach, partner relationships, commercial acumen, and overall effectiveness.
● Work closely with team members to identify opportunities within existing partner
accounts, develop new relationships, and convert partnership activity into
measurable revenue.
● Support the team in developing and executing strategic account plans for key
partners, with a focus on long-term relationship development, increased share of
wallet, and incremental revenue opportunities.
● Regularly review pipeline activity, account development, partner engagement, and
revenue performance to identify opportunities, challenges, and areas requiring
additional focus.
● Foster a collaborative, supportive, and commercially focused team environment,
encouraging the sharing of market intelligence, relationships, ideas, and best
practices.
● Serve as a senior escalation point for complex partner opportunities, relationship
challenges, or commercially significant accounts when additional leadership
involvement is required.
● Ensure the Partners Team maintains strong communication and collaboration with
Reservations, Marketing, Operations, Revenue, and other relevant teams to create a
seamless partner experience and maximize conversion.
● Identify opportunities to improve partner processes, tools, reporting, and ways of
working, and work with relevant stakeholders to implement improvements.
● Represent the voice of the Partners Team in broader commercial discussions,
bringing forward market feedback, partner needs, competitive insights, and growth
opportunities.
● Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and integration of new Partners Team
members as needed.
● Recognize and celebrate team achievements while addressing performance concerns
directly and constructively.

Collaboration & Commercial Leadership
● Collaborate closely with regional and global colleagues as a supportive and engaged
team member, including assisting with onboarding and integration of new team
members when needed.
● Build strong working relationships across Sales, Reservations, Marketing,
Operations, Revenue, and other internal teams to ensure effective handover and
follow-through on partner and client opportunities.
● Represent onefinestay with professionalism, polish, and integrity in all internal and
external interactions.
● Maintain flexibility to travel extensively and work varied schedules in support of
business needs and client engagement opportunities.
● Support additional strategic initiatives and special projects as directed by senior
commercial leadership.

Experience & Core Requirements
● Strong understanding of the luxury leisure, travel advisor, consortia, entertainment,
corporate, and/or lifestyle sectors within the assigned territories.
● 10+ years of experience within the luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sector, with
global sales, regional sales, or partnership representation experience preferred.
● Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving or exceeding sales goals
through strong execution, strategic thinking, relationship management, and a
results-oriented mindset.
● Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing sales or partnerships
professionals, with the ability to motivate a team and hold individuals accountable for
performance.
● Proven experience independently managing a significant territory, market, portfolio,
or partner base with accountability for revenue growth and commercial results.
● Established network of senior-level relationships within luxury travel advisors,
consortia, entertainment, corporate, or lifestyle sectors.
● Demonstrated ability to create and execute market development strategies, identify
whitespace opportunities, and convert relationships into measurable business
outcomes.
● Demonstrated ability to translate broader commercial strategy into clear priorities
and actionable direction for a sales or partnerships team.
● Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to use performance data,
pipeline reporting, and market intelligence to inform decisions and prioritize activity.
● Exceptional communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building
skills, with polished phone and video meeting etiquette and the ability to manage
multiple priorities effectively.
● Experience representing a luxury brand with confidence and credibility among
high-value clients and partners.
● Proficiency with G-Suite, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other sales prospecting and CRM
platforms.
● Ability to maintain a productive and professional remote/home office work
environment.
● Fluency in English required.
● Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, university, or hospitality school
preferred.

Preferred Background
● Experience within the luxury hospitality, lifestyle travel, villa, or branded residence
sectors.
● Previous on-property operational or sales experience.
● Experience with multi-property or global sales responsibility.
● Experience leading a geographically dispersed sales or partnerships team.
