Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Director of Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) to lead and scale our customer-facing engineering organization. This leader will be instrumental in driving delivery of advanced Agentic AI platform & solutions, acting as a key interface between our platform capabilities and complex enterprise use cases.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success. You will build and manage a high-performing team of FDEs, ensuring the successful deployment of real-world solutions that unlock the power of our Agentic AI platform across domains like healthcare, finance, telecom, travel, retail and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage a high-performing team of full-stack, customer-facing engineers embedded across strategic accounts and verticals.
Serve as the senior technical leader engaging with strategic customers to understand complex business problems and translate them into scalable solutions using our platform.
Oversee the design and implementation of end-to-end AI solutions—data pipelines, knowledge systems, RAG architectures, SLMs, Agentic workflows and user experiences.
Guide the team in extending core platform capabilities, building reusable integrations, components, and DIY tooling that accelerate value creation & delivery.
Partner with Sales Engineering, Product Management, Professional Services, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and efficiency across the customer lifecycle.
Provide structured feedback to Engineering and Product for roadmap enhancements, deployment tooling needs, and feature gaps identified in the field.
Drive the creation of technical delivery playbooks for AI agents, RAG pipelines, SLMs, and data pipelines to standardize implementation excellence.
Be a voice for the FDE function internally and externally—showcasing how Agentic AI can solve real enterprise problems with speed and scalability.
