Senior Sales Executives will focus on attracting Enterprise business leads, approximately 1,000+ in size.  Through a defined sales process and partnership with key sales leaders, Senior Sales Executives, will strive to meet and exceed quarterly sales goals.

What you will do :

  • Proven track record of sales success in a complex software or technology environment (preferably SaaS)
  • Ability to communicate and convey the value proposition of a complex software platform via phone and online demos as well as in-person meetings 
  • Experience utilizing an enterprise level CRM (preferably salesforce.com) to monitor and manage daily, weekly and monthly sales activities of the team 
  • Success in a past leadership role required to include ongoing development of individual team members through training, mentoring and overall performance management 
  • Creative thinker with an eye toward keeping a large team of sales representatives motivated and passionate about their work 
  • Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written 
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully
  • Range of 2.5M to 3.5M Yearly Quota
