THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Senior Director of Digital Marketing to lead and scale our digital engine. This individual will be responsible for owning and optimizing all digital marketing channels including website strategy, SEM, SEO, Display, Organic, and Paid Social channels to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the executive team and close collaboration with product marketing, demand generation, sales, and design.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and evolve the company website as a strategic growth asset overseeing UX, conversion rate optimization (CRO), content updates, infrastructure, and web performance.
  • Lead the SEO strategy and execution across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve organic visibility, rankings, and traffic.
  • Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across search, display, retargeting, and social platforms balancing awareness and performance goals.
  • Develop and scale content syndication programs with external partners to expand reach, drive qualified leads, and support the buyer’s journey.
  • Partner closely with campaigns, PMM, and brand to align digital programs with pipeline goals and target personas.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing digital team and agency ecosystem.
  • Analyze and report on KPIs across all digital channels, using insights to continually improve ROI and influence strategic marketing decisions.
  • Ensure digital compliance with privacy, accessibility, and brand standards.
  • Expand digital footprint in EMEA & ANZ.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with 5+ years in leadership roles overseeing multi-channel strategy.
  • Proven expertise in website management (e.g., Webflow), website chat (Qualified), technical SEO, and digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn, display networks).
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and how digital tactics support awareness, consideration, and decision-making stages.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tech stack (e.g., Google Analytics, Marketo, Common Room, SEMRush, Salesforce).
  • Experience managing budgets and external agencies/contractors to deliver on performance goals.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-first mindset, able to synthesize insights and optimize in real time.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.



COMPENSATION INFORMATION: 

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.​
