About the Role
Teramind is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Digital Marketing & Experience to lead the strategic evolution of our digital presence and drive measurable growth. In this high-impact role, you'll own the end-to-end digital experience—from website optimization and SEO strategy to buyer journey orchestration and global market expansion. You'll serve as the architect of our digital ecosystem, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance conversion, accelerate pipeline development, and create seamless experiences that guide prospects from awareness to conversion. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of B2B SaaS digital marketing expertise, a proven track record of optimizing complex buyer journeys, and the strategic vision to transform digital channels into powerful growth engines. Key Responsibilities
•  Own and evolve Teramind’s website as a strategic growth asset - driving UX, CRO, content optimization, infrastructure, and web performance.
•  Manage and continuously optimize the end-to-end flow of the buyer’s journey - from initial awareness through consideration and conversion - ensuring a seamless, data-informed digital experience.
•  Lead SEO strategy and execution (on-page, off-page, and technical) to increase organic visibility and qualified traffic.
•  Develop and scale content syndication and partner programs to expand reach and accelerate the buyer journey.
•  Collaborate with campaign, product marketing, and brand teams to align digital initiatives with pipeline and persona goals.
•  Analyze and report on KPIs across all digital channels, using insights to drive continuous optimization and strategic decision-making.
•  Ensure all digital assets meet privacy, accessibility, and brand compliance standards.
•  Expand Teramind’s digital presence across global markets, including EMEA
Required Qualifications
•  10+ years of experience in digital marketing, managing multi-channel strategies.
•  Proven expertise in website management (WordPress, Webflow), chat tools (Intercom, Drift), SEO, and digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Display).
•  Strong understanding of B2B SaaS buyer journeys and how digital marketing drives awareness, consideration, and conversion.
•  Hands-on experience with marketing technology stacks such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMRush, and Common Room.
•  Demonstrated success managing budgets and agencies to meet pipeline and ROI goals.
•  Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to synthesize insights and act quickly.
•  Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
